R-Squared Peer Groups were created exclusively fornonprofit leaders to expand their network, build community, and increase access to much-needed resources. R-Squared provides a safe, confidential space for leaders to tackle real-time issues, opportunities,and challenges.

How it Works
GET ASSIGNED TO A PEER GROUP
Each peer group will have 12-13 carefully selected leaders with diverse backgrounds and missions but share similar roles, responsibilities, and challenges.
GATHER TOGETHER
Every month, the peer group will meet virtually. During this time, you will dig into what’s top of mind for you and your peers.
DEVELOP A CLEAR WAY FORWARD
Through a facilitated process, you will work as a team to solve the issue together. The peer group will develop a tangible way forward.
